Job Description
- Req#: 6254393
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
- Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions
- Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organized and maintaining proper procedures
- Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximize product sell through
- Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration
- Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence
- Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
- Available to work weekends, with flexibility throughout the week
- Retail experience necessary
- Great communication skills
