      Assignment Specifications: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available; Program runs early June 2025 through August 2025

      Responsibilities: Program attendants provide assistance to program supervisors, and are responsible for providing a safe, enriching environment for children in a K-5 childcare setting. Responsibilities include supervising and encouraging children to participate in activities, planning, organizing, and collecting fees for activities, handling any discipline, and preparing snacks and supervising lunch area.The program attendant also helps with the daily organizing of games, equipment and supplies, and the supervising and cleaning of the center, and lunch and outdoor areas. Additionally the program attendant assists with supervision on field trips and off-site activities, and frequently collaborates and reports feedback to the program coordinator.


      Qualifications: Applicants must possess the desire to work with children in a childcare care setting. Qualified applicants would have the ability to sit, stand, bend, and play on the floor, and indoors and outdoors with children. Preference may be given to candidates with training or experience working in the human services field, and/or with previous advisor work experience.
