Job Description

- Assist with projects which improve clinical practice and service delivery
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Deliver much needed Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes and the community
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

- Excellent training and clinical excellence supports
- University qualifications in one of the following fields - Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology or Early Childhood Education
- MUST have current Proficient accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) as a Teacher OR current full registration with the Australian Health Pracititoner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist OR current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) as a Speech Pathologist.
- Extensive experience in working with children aged 0-7 years and families
- Experience in delivering services under the NDIS
- Strong knowledge and advocation for the key worker model
- Demonstrated suitability to working within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a caseload
- A desire and passion to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic ECI services.
- Genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
- Be an excellent communicator
