What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Summit Kids Director in the discipleship of families and volunteers
- Coordinate the AWANA program at the Brier Creek campus
- Recruit, coordinate, and communicate with Summit Kids volunteers for AWANA
- Equip leaders and train volunteers under the guidance of the Summit Kids Director
- Provide administrative support for the Summit Kids Ministry and prepare the Summit Kids Area for weekend services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated spiritual maturity
- Ability to disciple volunteers and families
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Proficient administrative skills
- Must be a member of Summit Church or willing to become a member
