What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute the weekend Kids Ministry experience at the Brier Creek campus
- Organize and communicate with volunteers to ensure proper staffing in each classroom
- Implement the provided curriculum and secondary programming
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers on an ongoing basis
- Build relationships with families and provide support and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in volunteer recruitment, training, and management
- Ability to lead and work with large volunteer teams
- Problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Kids Ministry preferred
- Membership in The Summit Church or willingness to become a member
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Kids Ministry or a related field
