- 1+ years of previous supervisory required.
- Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
- Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English language
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment.
- Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening shifts.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.
- Supervise the daily operations of the Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) activity program.
- Assist KFAS Assistant Manager by innovating, enhancing systems, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement within recreation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse KFAS team with empathy and patience, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and adaptability.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various in-house and festive/holiday activities, ensuring seamless integration with the overall guest experience at the resort.
- Consistently evaluate and refine KFAS operations to uphold the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction in partnership with the KFAS Assistant Manager.
- Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool in the absence of the KFAS Assistant Manager.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to all Four Seasons standards, inventory, scheduling and grooming.
- Assists transporting guests in golf carts throughout property.
- Ensure compliance with required certifications such as: First-Aid, CPR, Heimlich Maneuver and rescue techniques.

Be a part of something truly special! Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as KFAS (Kids Club) Supervisor. This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.
Be You
The KFAS (Kids Club) Supervisor works alongside the Kids for All Seasons Attendants and may act as manager on duty of the department in the absence of one. Assist with the creative planning and execution of the recreation program for all children that stay at the Resort. This role involves overseeing the journey of our younger guests from pre-arrival to post departure in collaboration with other departments such as Front Office / Guest Experience Team, F&B and Adventure Center.
