Applications are being accepted for a 5 hour per day Kindergarten Instructional Paraprofessional at Two Springs Elementary School. The general education instructional paraprofessional works under the direction and supervision of a teacher or other designated member of the school staff. The instructional paraprofessional helps students acquire skills and competencies taught by the classroom teacher. Duties include working with students in small groups and individually under the direction of the teacher; including supervising students in all areas of the building. Required qualifications are that the applicant not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself or others with or without reasonable accommodations, and must be capable of regularly attending to the duties of the position assigned and for the duration of the assignment. This position is subject to a veterans preference.
