  Do you enjoy doing prep work and other cooking tasks in a lively, friendly kitchen? We are hiring workers for the Kitchen Crew at Factor 75 in Aurora! Join the growing Randstad team inside this busy, refrigerated food production warehouse. Factor 75 is a HelloFresh company. Pay is $17-$18.50 per hour, paid weekly. 1st shift is 4am-2:30pm 2nd shift is 2:00pm - 12:30am 3rd shift works 10pm-6:30am Other shifts and roles avail also. What you will be doing:
  
  
  • Placing food into trays to be cooked
  • Cooking food on a grill
  • Taking ingredients out of boxes in refrigerated area
  • Add spices and ingredients
  • Standing or walking entire shift

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Perform cold food prep (chopping, slicing, portioning)
  • Able to work in a cold prep area located in a walk-in refrigerator kept at 35 degrees
  • Able to withstand temperatures ranging from 30 degrees Fahrenheit to 80 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Portion ingredients into individual food packaging
  • Follow GMP policies
  • Promptly communicate all safety related issues and concerns
  • Clean and general warehouse maintenance
  • Perform any and all other functions as determined by management
  The essential functions of this role include:
