Responsibilities
The Stewarding team ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of house” clean and safe.
The Back of house shift Leader is responsible for the day to day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant as well as the maintenance of all restaurant and kitchen materials. Also responsible for following the recycling policy within the hotel and cleanliness of back of house areas. You will be responsible for supporting the Supervisor on duty in leading the team during shift.
