  Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing all items requisitioned by and delivered to the kitchen.
  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
  • Receives and stores all items for the kitchen.
  • Ensures that the item being delivered is specified for the kitchen or restaurant.
  • inspects all goods received for damage and quality prior to acceptance and notifies supervisor on duty as needed.
  • Makes note of all damaged items at the time of delivery.
  • Checks specifications on the requisition order or receiving document, ensuring items received are items that have been ordered.
  • Follows proper signing procedures when receiving items.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the coolers and storage areas.
  • Labels all items upon receipt, denoting the date delivered and item name.
  • Complies with sanitation codes for storing and handling food.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a sanitation role within a food-related industry is preferred.
  • Must understand and speak the English language.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
  • Flexilbility to work a variety of shifts.

The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs., occasionally.
