Job Description
- Req#: 211336
- Bringing product in from the warehouse to supply the production lines
- Removing finished product from the production room
- Opening and breaking down cardboard boxes
- General housekeeping in the production room (e.g. sweeping, changing garbages, compacting cardboard, etc.)
- Tuesday through Saturday working 5:00am to 1:00pm
- Sunday through Wednesday working 5:00am to 3:00pm
- Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks
- Work well with others
- Possess basic math aptitude
- Read, understand and interpret numbers
- Cycle count ingredients on a schedule
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen areas
- Work in a fast paced environment ; work in a safety conscious environment
- Work up to 10+ hours
- Starting rate of pay: $18.75 per hour
- Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
- A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers

Pay Range: $18.75 to $24.48
Shift: DaytimeActual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Our state-of-the-art Kitchens department located in La Crosse, WI produces over 40 different food products for approximately 800+ retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy everything from our soups, salads, sandwiches to our Pothole Pizzas. With our expansion we are now able to offer a variety of Take Home Meals and finished fruit and vegetable products, all prepared daily by our Kitchens team.

Physical qualifications: lift/carry up to 60 pounds to 60 inches; lift/carry 40 pounds to 76 inches; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently; work in varying -20 – 44 degree F temperatures.
