What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with accounts in the territory, providing excellent customer support
- Manage and maintain the database for assigned accounts and act as a customer service liaison
- Attend sales meetings, retreats, and events to support sales efforts
- Seek new distribution opportunities and execute seeding programs
- Plan and attend customer and retail events to increase sales and brand awareness
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager and assist with digital order proposals
- Manage territory with seasonal sell-in and in-season account support
- Attend tradeshows to introduce the seasonal line to accounts and assist with merchandising decisions
- Host product knowledge trainings for accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a professional business environment
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for relationship-building
- Ability to work independently while being connected to a unified team
- Developed presentation skills and ability to motivate in-store staff
- Profound knowledge of MS Office programs
