What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support daily activities related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs
- Maintain current knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and the Bank’s policies
- Conduct daily reviews and analysis of reports and data for KYC Team tasks
- Identify unusual activities and behaviors, referring transactions for further investigation
- Perform customer outreach to gather missing information and update customer records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking with BSA/AML/OFAC or related fields preferred
- High School Diploma required; 4-year college degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research, collect, and analyze information effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with common bank systems, including Microsoft Applications and Thomson Reuters CLEAR
- Understanding of fintech and traditional banking regulations
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proactive self-starter with strong initiative
- Positive interpersonal relationship skills
