- Req#: R-182392
- Build job aids and talking points to complement SOPs and allow for consistent knowledge transfer.
- Facilitate cross functional meetings to seek and input of all levels of the organization with respect to continuous improvement.
- Partner with trainers, quality, and business analyst to identify gaps in knowledge use, collection or documentation.
- Work with IT to develop tools and a system to maintain knowledge.
- Ensure that the documented and stored knowledge is easy to access and apply by the HUB employees.
- Assist trainers and leadership with defining the behaviors needed to build a culture of knowledge sharing and feedback.
- Ability to identify updates to payer policies and document those updates in company’s national provider tool (NPT).
- Ability to prioritize work and coordinate escalated/complex cases with ease while providing excellent customer service and documentation.
- Clear understanding of business processes and strategy.
- Good understanding of Customer needs.
- Active listener with proven facilitation skills.
- 3+ years of Work with a Patient and Provider Hub
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Proven presentation preparation and delivery capability
- Ability to document knowledge in an easy-to-understand format with strong attention to detail
- Prior proven experience is preferred
- Ability to be flexible and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Overview:
Under the general direction of the Hub Manager, the Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for aligning the flow of knowledge into, within and out of the HUB. This position will work closely with Legal and Compliance partners within the organization to ensure that critical knowledge in the form of SOPs, talking points and training materials are well detailed and routinely reviewed for accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of knowledge management or related experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 6 years of knowledge management or related experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of knowledge management or related experience
