What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in knowledge management, library science, or information management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing knowledge management systems
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Library Science, or a related field (master's preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge management certification preferred
- Experience with knowledge management technologies and emerging tools like AI
- Collaboration experience in hybrid and dispersed environments
