      ManTech is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support our Marine Corps contract on MCB Quantico

      Candidate will work with a team of information systems integrators and developers to support content management, production, and dissemination activities. Candidate will define, develop, and implement technological solutions to support process standardization and improvement efforts.

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Provides administrative services and technical support typically in a defined project.

      • Maintains SharePoint sites to include permissions, updates, and provide requested modules. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and tested.

      • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

      • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.

      • Works independently, receives minimal guidance.

      • Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas. Acts as a resource for government customers.

      • Impacts a range of operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.

      • Has analytical and Critical Thinking Skills, Interpersonal and People Skills, Listening Skills, Multi-Tasking Ability, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Public Speaking Skills, Team-Building Skills.

      Clearance Requirements:

      • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

      The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300-$108,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
