- Information Technology Project Manager - Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

- Ensures the seamless transition of knowledge, processes, and institutional understanding from the incumbent contractor to the incoming team.
- organizes, and updates technical documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows to ensure continuity.
- Conducts structured meetings, workshops, and shadowing sessions between outgoing and incoming personnel to transfer institutional knowledge.
- Creates user guides, reference documents, and interactive learning modules to ensure the new team quickly understands critical systems and procedures.
- Leverages Knowledge Management Tools using platforms like ServiceNow,or SharePoint to centralize and distribute critical information
- Convenience/Concierge - Virtual visits through health insurance, pet insurance, commuter benefits, discount tickets for movies, travel, and many other items to provide convenience.
