Overview

Down to Earth first time parents are seeking a fantastic newborn care specialist to assist them with the night shift. The schedule for this role will be 12 hours per night, 5 days per week and the role will last for at least 6 to 8 weeks. This role starts ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Keeping the baby's spaces stocked, organized, and tidy
• Assisting with creating and maintaining an effective sleep and feeding schedule
• Sleep conditioning and training

Qualifications

• Warm, kind, and nurturing
• Willing to take direction
• Pleasant demeanor and good sense of humor
• Ability to go-with-the-flow while providing structure and consistency
• Clean and organized

Requirements

• US passport, Green Card or EAC
• COVID vaccinated, and up to date on Flu/RSV/Tdap and MMR vaccinations
• Ability to work nights
• Ability to work in a home with a dog

Salary and Benefits

• DOE $45-$50 per hour but OPEN
