Overview

A wonderful and kind single Dad is seeking a dynamic live-out housekeeper who can handle some house manager duties for their downtown residence. This role is Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm and a few hours one weekend day, if possible.

Responsibilities

• The candidate to hire will support the principal (and his two teens when they are in the residence), so the candidate must be very comfortable with teens.
• Duties for this position will include some hands-on housekeeping, as well as managerial tasks and cooking.
• Tasks will include scheduling and overseeing vendors and contractors, collecting and sending packages and mail, laundry, creating a clothing tracking system, organizational projects, maintaining household inventory, shopping, and taking responsibility for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the home as well as overseeing a team of cleaners.
• The candidate will be responsible for keeping the home in running order and stocking it in preparation for the client.

Qualifications

• The family is discreet, so a trustworthy candidate who is honest, works incredibly hard, is a self-starter, and has high communication skills and intelligence is sought for this role.
• Ability and willingness to cook simple meals would be a major bonus for the principal.

Salary and Benefits

• Compensation for this role does depend on experience $75-$90 k plus benefits
