      In Kohler Co.’s Information Technology team, our goal is to develop the next generation of Kohler IT. We are excited to provide YOU the opportunity to take the first step in your IT career and to have a hand in shaping the future of Kohler Co. As a highly integrated and growth-oriented company, it is a strategic initiative of the IT organization to develop interns, hire them into entry-level positions or our exciting Kohler IT Rotational Program upon graduation, and kick start their career in Kohler IT.

      Skills/Requirements

      Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

      • Must be in a 4-year+ degree-seeking program (bachelor’s degree or graduate school)
        Generally, required majors, subjects, and skillsets include (but are not limited to): Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Supply Chain, and related.
      • Aside from the specified majors, subjects, or skills, Kohler IT Interns must be technically-minded, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a willingness to develop and grow, a team player mindset, a curiosity for innovation, and a proactive attitude.
      • Be available full-time (40 hours/week) and local to Kohler, WI or Milwaukee, WI for summer 2024 (living arrangements are available nearby & we have MANY exciting programs during the summer within IT and across our Kohler campus headquarters for you to network with leaders, IT experts, and other interns!)
      • This program is intended as a first practical work experience; therefore, previous work experience/IT internship is not required but is a plus.

      Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
