      Req#: 1224827

      Provides administrative support for the human resources function in the area of employment. Schedules, screens and coordinates interviews between the potential candidate, hiring manager and recruiter. Maintains candidate files and processes paper work from the initiation of the requisition to the new hire paper work. May screen, evaluate and conduct reference checks on candidates. May prepare special candidate tracking and EEO reports and statistics.



      Essential Functions:


      - Performs a variety of support functions for the recruiting organization.

      - Supports the full cycle of recruitment activities.

      - Processes applications and other required forms from candidates and new hires, including I-9s.

      - Tracks data and prepares more complex analyses or reports.

      - Responds to questions from candidates and new hires.

      - Responds to questions from internal clients and is generally the single point of contact for a candidate throughout the recruitment process.

      - Works on assignments that are complex in nature, e.g., supports end to end recruiting processes.

      - Will often be required to move between work streams quickly.

      - Requires the ability to compare and contrast information for routine analysis.

      - Considerable business impact.

      - Uses judgment to determine course of action and make recommendations.

      - Requires judgment in identifying and resolving more difficult issues.

      - Requires prioritization and critical thinking skills to prioritize between competing objectives.

      - Provides a variety of operational information to convey concepts and processes.

      - Able to provide information to potential candidates on a large variety of Kaiser related topics, e.g., benefits, organizational structure, business unit objectives, etc.

      - Works under general supervision.

      - May provide informal work guidance to others.
