!*!Implement quality control activities across the projects to sustain/improve quality.Strategizing and implementing appropriate quality controls.Evaluate the controls from time to time.To be a part of change management and process improvements continuously.Align Six Sigma initiative and project objectives to business strategy and prioritize improvement projects accordingly.Provide support during project selection, scoping, implementation and reviews to ensure effective progress.Partner with process owners to derive results.Act as change agent to instill Six Sigma and Lean culture throughout the organization.Establish & manage relationships / Engagement with the Clients.Responsible for following agreed governance model, escalation & communication plan.To ensure processes achieve agreed quality standards in relation to their quality assignments.To monitor and document work schedule of staff and absences.Take weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand the expectations from the teams and provided updates.Ensure that all audit related issues are brought to a closure.Hiring of team leads and associate managers, training, inductions, employee & client satisfaction scores, performance Appraisals and attrition management is managed well.To ensure that all internal customer queries are followed up on a timely basis.Collaborate with internal teams.About the company
