      Employer is seeking a Commercial Lines Brokerage Placement Specialist to join our team!       Job Responsibilities:

      - Evaluate and place risks for agents with Admitted and Non-Admitted, Excess and Surplus, markets where binding authority exists
      - Work with brokerage carriers to achieve production and loss ratio goals through monthly conference calls and daily team huddles
      - Review agent submissions for acceptability, eligibility, classification, proper pricing, and accuracy of application
      - Accept, modify, or reject risks within set authority level based on a review of business in terms of loss experience, inspection reports, file information, web resources, policyholder tenure, related policies, and nature of risk in accordance with brokered carrier guidelines, standards, and compliance
      - Maintain a submission quality index of 95% or higher and continually make corrective action recommendations

      Requirements:

      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Five years of insurance experience required
      - P&C License required within 30 days of start date
      - Strong consultative partnership mindset and strong customer experience skills are required
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to exhibit a can-do attitude while focusing on the greater good of the team and business
