General Overview
As part of the HR Shared Services Department, the Kronos Analyst will support the functional areas of the Kronos application, processes and timekeeper education. The Kronos Analyst will work as a member of a team that provides expertise to all entities regarding the processes of time reporting, problem solving and training. Responsibilities will include analysis, documentation, and production support for users. Analysis work is project based and covers validation when a Kronos Upgrade is performed, or a change to an existing process is made that requires validation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Support and provide adept direction to timekeepers relating to questions pertaining to time reporting on the proper business processes and system functionality
• Support new technology enhancements relating to time reporting
• Participate and collaborate with external deparmtents
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements
• Identify system Break Fix issues
• Create and maintain Security Access within Kronos for users
• Support the team’s initiative and identify ways to enhance support/ training effectiveness
• Contribute to the overall success of the team, by identifying ways to improve the learning process and timekeeper experience
• Special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a functional Payroll area
• A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements
• Human Resources and Workday experience a plus
