What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and configure Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or ADP eTime
- Develop and support interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions)
- Configure UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules
- Manage the full life cycle of projects, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions and providing support
- Collaborate with business users and client management, utilizing strong consultative and communication skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos/UKG suite of products
- Proficiency in configuring WDM/UDM servers and Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch/DX terminals)
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities, and other UKG Pro WFM modules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with developing and supporting interfaces using Boomi
- Background in working with complex technology environments and product integration of legacy systems
