Unix, Sumo Logic, PhytonProvide technical support for enterprise customers.Develop a deep understanding of the Sumo Logic service.Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or workaround across a range of environments on Sumo AgentsProvide documentation content and participate in online forum support for real-time questions from Sumo Logic users.Reproduce customer issues and if necessary, file bug reports, escalate cases to engineering and provide necessary documentationShould have required Knowledge on Sumo Scripting, Unix Scripting, & Phyton ProgrammingKnowledge on Kubernetes, AWS and EC2 is a mustDevelop the strategy, tools, libraries, and workflow for evolving our internal Kubernetes Solution to maximize benefits for Sumo's developers and product teams.About the company
