Job Description

- Initial due diligence on clients’ accounts
- Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation for clients around the globe
- Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks
- Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Assisting the Risk and AML departments with review and monitoring of accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of tasks
- Perform client screening through software such as World-Check and resolve or investigate any potential hits.
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and targets.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Monday - Friday / Sunday -Thursday full-time (9 hours) Hybrid
- Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Hebrew Mandatory and English at mother-tongue level/ High proficiency- Must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An open mind and willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented and focused
- Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork

As KYC ADMIN, you'll be part of the verification department, which is responsible for the onboarding and maintenance of clients' accounts.
