      CBA (Europe) N.V. is recruiting a KYC analyst within the first line of defence, who will be working together with the line 1 FCC manager and the line 1 Transaction Monitoring Specialist to support the business in managing its Financial Crime risk during its day-to-day operations.

      Key activities are:

      • Efficient handling and completion of KYC files (remediation, review and onboarding);

      • Performing client outreach: communicating, liaising and follow-up with clients to obtain relevant information and documentation to complete KYC files;

      • Updating front office colleagues on status of completion of files within due dates and prioritizing urgent files;

      • Clear articulation of the requirements for KYC to the business or colleagues across the organisation;

      • Handling MIS, Handling report, circulating reports to the management;

      • Working with business and a wide range of stakeholders.

      Qualifications and skills

      • Bachelor’s Degree;

      • Experience in a line 1 KYC role;

      • Ability to manage a workload of files;

      • Analytical skills and focused on solving problems and when needed quick decision making;

      • Excellent stakeholder management;

      • Self-starting and hands-on mentality.
