- The L&D Facilitator will be supporting the project and facilitation of necessary training for a newly created business within the US Contact Center (USCC).
- Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, a focus on customer service, and client culture.
- Training may be a combination of virtual and in-person, so some travel may be required.
- The first several months will be focused on learning the systems and procedures of the anticipated 19 or 20-day program.
- Virtual classroom applications ( Similar to Adobe Connect / Teams )
- Facilitation skills ( in-person and virtual )
- LMS experience
- Call center experience (agent and/or facilitation) is strongly recommended.
- Knowledge of call center functions, concepts of authenticating customers, and delivering legendary service.

Job Title: L&D Facilitator III - Virtual facilitation, Call center
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Pay range $38 - $42/hr
Work Type: Remote, New Jersey, Open to mountain / Pacific time zone
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Schedule: Mon-Fri, Core business hours
