      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Welcome new L&S students individually and in small groups
      - Provide information and answer questions about L&S degree requirements and programs
      - Assist students with course selection and learning enrollment tools
      - Share information about co-curricular life and student involvement at UW-Madison
      - Participate in ongoing training on academic content and advising skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Be an undergraduate student during the Spring 2024 term
      - Will continue as an undergraduate or graduate student for Summer 2024 or Fall 2024
      - Have a declared or intended major in L&S
      - By May 2024, have completed at least two undergraduate semesters with at least one at UW–Madison
      - Have a commitment to welcoming all students and building an inclusive UW-Madison community

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completed or currently enrolled in at least one Honors course
      - Currently declared member of the L&S Honors Program, especially pursuing Honors in the Liberal Arts
