      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Network Engineer to join Lab45 team in Wipro. As a Principal Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our network environment Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Lead the planning, design, and implementation of network architecture and solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend network technologies, tools, and services to enhance network performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions into the overall IT infrastructure and ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, identifying and resolving network outages, bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities. Conduct network capacity planning to ensure scalability and optimize network performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest networking trends, technologies, and security threats, and proactively recommend network enhancements and improvements. Define and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teams, guiding them in resolving complex network-related issues and driving technical excellence. Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and external partners to manage network-related contracts, service level agreements, and partnerships. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience (10+ years) in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level network infrastructure. Deep knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs. Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including network segmentation, access control, and threat mitigation. Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SNMP, NetFlow, and packet capture analysis. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are highly desirable.
