What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee budget and/or grant for the program
- Lead inspections of laboratories and ensure inspections are performed on time
- Conduct investigations if significant issues are identified or complaints received
- Review and track quality systems for various laboratory disciplines
- Set up and follow travel policies for evaluations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in laboratory science
- 6+ years of technical relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience or experience in a lead capacity
- State, Federal, or National certification/approval for appropriate field(s)
- Knowledge of federal regulations and Arizona Revised Statutes related to laboratory testing, radiation, and laboratory management
- Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field
- Knowledge of Performance Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Lean methodologies
