      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform clerical duties including triaging phone calls and specimens
      - Assign identification numbers to specimens along with patient name and specimen type
      - Review, verify, and log all incoming consultation cases from outside facilities into the system
      - Verify patient status, insurance coverage, and proper authorizations prior to services
      - Provide customer service support to clinics and maintain a clean and organized area

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of laboratory or medical registration experience
      - Ability to collect patient information and data within regulations
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in accessioning specimen outreach and Surgical Pathology
      - Familiarity with insurance verification processes
      - Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
