      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform clerical duties including triaging phone calls and specimens
      - Assign identification numbers to specimens along with patient information
      - Review, verify, and log incoming consultation cases from outside facilities
      - Verify patient status, insurance coverage, and proper authorizations prior to services
      - Assist clinics with results inquiries and fulfill requests for supplies or requisitions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of laboratory or medical registration experience
      - Ability to collect patient information and data while ensuring patient identification
      - Strong customer service skills to assist clinics and correct patient information
      - Capability to maintain a clean and organized work area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a laboratory or clinical support role
      - Familiarity with medical insurance verification processes
      - Strong organizational skills to manage clerical tasks effectively
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
