      To strengthen our team in Sierra Leone, we are looking for:


      LAB TECHNICIANS

      Introduction:

      Administrative function, laboratory testing, QA/QC control, reporting the test results.

      Main Responsibilities: Laboratory Administrative

      • Receive and identify the QA/QC samples
      • Apply the sampling procedure
      • Check the environmental parameters for testing
      • Execute the QA/QC tests for fuel marking program by applying the standard operating procedure
      • Execute the tests to control the analytical instrument status
      • Perform the preventive maintenance of the analytical instrument
      • Perform the daily cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory
      • Report the test results
      • Report the Fuel marker inventory data
      • Store the QA/QC samples in a controlled environment

      General / Other Activities

      • Ensure that all SICPA policies, including those concerning Health, Safety Environmental protection and confidentiality are respected and adhered to.
      • Contribute to the development and maintenance of general policies, processes and procedures for SICPA Sierra Leone

      Your profile

      • School leaver- Senior Secondary School/WASSCE
        • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
        • Experience within chemistry and laboratory industry is a plus
        • Some basic mathematics
        • Fluent in written and spoken English and local language

      Ability to drive is an essential requirement
