Job Description

Assist with lab work across designated product categories.

Prepare product formulations and compile supporting documentation for the product approval process.

Support the creation of product samples.
-
Conduct analytical testing on syrup and finished beverage samples, including:
-
pH
-
Titratable acidity
-
Brix
-
Other key product attributes
-
-
Validate product performance using fountain equipment for:
-
Frozen Carbonated Beverages (FCB)
-
Frozen Uncarbonated Beverages (FUB)
-
-
Coordinate sample shipments to manufacturing sites, internal teams, and external partners.
-
Provide assistance to Product Developers during pilot plant trials and projects.
-
Maintain lab cleanliness and organization.
-
Restock ingredients and laboratory supplies.
-
Dispose of expired products and ingredients.
-
Facilitate scheduled lab clean-up activities (including Quarterly Cleaning coordination).
-
Follow established company operating policies and safety procedures.
-
Strong knowledge of food technology and product development.
-
Solid understanding of food chemistry and complex food systems (including ingredient interactions).
-
Familiarity with food and beverage processing technologies, food hygiene, and food microbiology.
-
Developed project management skills (planning, organization, execution).
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or Food Nutrition (required).

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Effective listener and collaborator (team player).

Demonstrated leadership potential.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Sound decision-making and judgment skills.

Pay Rate/Range: $29.41
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA
Duration: 1 year
Location: Onsite 5 days a week
