Job Description
This role supports the development of new gene-edited plants through tissue culture, growth chambers, and greenhouses. You will be integral to advancing our biotechnology processes by working directly in environments that foster plant growth and development.

Work Environment
You will work within a biotechnology company utilizing advanced technologies to precisely target and direct plant gene-editing processes. The work environment involves growth chambers, greenhouses, and laboratory settings for cell culturing. The standard schedule is 9 am to 5 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with a weekend rotation for shared duties. During plant crossing events, which occur a few times per year, partial weekend days may be requested for additional support. The company culture emphasizes teamwork and growth, with all levels of staff, including VPs, occasionally participating in greenhouse tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
