Position Overview: Reporting to the General Counsel, the Labor and Employment Counsel will support the global human resources (HR) legal needs of 3E’s workforce, primarily in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Bulgaria, Denmark, and Japan. The successful candidate will provide guidance to the Company’s HR and business managers regarding employment practices and employee relations matters and will work with members of the Company’s legal team and outside labor counsel in specific international jurisdictions.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with a preferred mix of law firm and in-house experience.
Location: Bethesda, MD. Primarily remote (1-2 days per week in the office).
Relocation: Yes.
Travel: Up to 20% to European offices.
Compensation: Competitive base and bonus, commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits.
Bar: Currently licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with ability to qualify for in-house practice in Maryland.
