      As Laboratory Specialist HHP, reporting to the Laboratory Manager HHP, you will support the evolution of components and systems, uncovering weaknesses, comparing alternatives, and supporting design decisions through targeted, failure-driven experimentation.
      You will be responsible for the following activities:

      • Define and execute the functional tests for components and product validation in accordance with the internal procedures
      • Contribute to R&D technical decisions by providing data-driven insights and proposing technical improvements
      • Check the compliance of the products with the international and national regulations
      • Continuously update test methods and tools in response to regulatory changes, project needs, and new technologies
      • Draw up test reports highlighting results, detected issues, and possible solutions
      • Handle maintenance and calibration of lab equipment to ensure test reliability and repeatability

      Candidate profile:

      • Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering (or equivalent)
      • At least 3 years experience in component and system-level testing (HVAC or similar)
      • Familiarity with lab instruments and measurement tools, ability to run failure-driven experiments and extract design-relevant insights
      • Confidence with data analysis and documentation tools
      • Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
      • Strong problem solving and team working attitude
      • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Matlab, Labview and other parametric simulation tools is a plus)
      • Fluent English
