      Job Description

      Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham (GSD Horsham), a biotechnology company, is a member of the Eurofins Group with offices, labs, and production facilities throughout the globe. GSD Horsham is an international provider of rapid test kits for regulatory agencies, academic, and industrial research. At GSD Horsham our core strengths are focused on customer orientation, fast service, and high-quality products.

      GSD Horsham is searching for a Laboratory Technician in Horsham, PA.

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Compliance with all SOPs and batch records
      • Preparation of reagents, buffers and solutions
      • Perform ELISA testing—both manually and on automated machines
      • Bottle/vial filling, sealing, and labeling
      • Kit manufacturing—both ELISA and lateral flow
      • Microtiter plate manufacturing
      • Antibody purification

      The ideal candidate would possess:

      • Scientific background (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field)
      • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
      • Excellent communication (oral and written), with astute attention to detail
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
      • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other related concentration
      • 0-3 years of laboratory experience
      • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

      The position is full-time, Monday-Friday. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Horsham, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
