Job Description
SUMMARY
This position will provide support to the lab and assist with preparing and testing samples.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Keeps laboratory equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Assists chemists and scientists with a variety of laboratory tasks.
• Collects, analyzes and processes laboratory samples.
• Performs laboratory testing activities according to written procedures, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or GED Required
• Previous lab work experience Preferred
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
• NA
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
• Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures
TRAVEL
• No travel required.
