- Follow all plant safety rules and procedures for handling phosphates
- Follow all applicable ICL safety requirements
- Follow plant emergency procedures
- Complete all required training
- Must successfully complete RCRA introductory/orientation training
- Must successfully complete RCRA annual refresher training
- Perform job safely, in an environmentally sound manner and in accordance with all cGMP requirements
- Operate fork truck
- Haul bags, drums, supersacks and pallets
- Cleans bins, tanks, sumps and other equipment
- Cleans, sweeps, and washes down floors
- Labels bags, drums and supersacks
- Moves material to warehouse
- Helps at Warehouse as needed
- Dumps material for recycle from drums or bags
- Works in several areas of the plant as assigned
- Ensure that production and housekeeping in assigned areas meets cGMP standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety system requirements
- Computer entry into SAP and data base
- Comply with plant HACCP Program
- Supersacks product in Central and SAPP packaging areas
- Perform tasks as assigned by BUL
- High School diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Meet qualifications for entry-level laborer position
- Must successfully complete new employee orientation and all job specific training
- Must successfully qualify as a fork truck operator
- Ability to safely exit the plant in the event of an emergency

As the Plant laborer, your duties will include general labor work as assigned, drives fork truck, dumps recycle materials, assists other operators, clean-up jobs, labels bags or drums, moves material to and from Warehouse. A Laborer can be assigned to do general labor work in any area of the plant.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
