- Removing brackets, installing new washer stacks, and torquing with precision
- Completing a minimum of six dampener repairs per day (total 120–200)
- Collaborating with technicians and supervisors to maintain quality standards
- Use hand tools such as torque wrenches and tape measures for mechanical repairs
- Perform bracket removal and installation tasks
- Participate in daily quality assurance checks
- Support technicians in managing the array area
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical components
- Prior experience in installation and repair tasks
- Strong focus and efficiency under time constraints
- Outdoor setting among solar panels, with exposure to heat
- Walking across various locations required
- Provided safety gear includes:
- Category 2 FR long sleeve shirts and pants
- Composite safety hats
- Safety glasses and gloves

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
