      Situated in central London, there is an easy commute to all major train stations and excellent tube links.       Main duties of the job

      We have a busy level three unit with close links to the other UCLH specialist hospitals such as Great Ormond Street Hospital. Our maternity unit cares for approximately 6,000 births per year, and we have a co-located midwifery-led birth centre delivering 1000 births per year. We look after a diverse population for whom we offer an individualised service. We are committed to the promotion of normality and at the forefront of innovation, being one of the first London Trusts to train midwives to offer acupuncture in Labour. Our first-class service is reflected in the positive feedback we receive, and many women outside our catchment area choose to come and give birth here with us at UCLH. We have a strong commitment to staff development and service improvement and have commissioned links with City, Southbank, and Kings College Universities.
