        Position Overview:

Prevention is the key to water safety, and aquatic team members provide a safe environment by enforcing park and safety rules.

        Job Duties & Responsibilities:

        • Will complete and maintain CPR and First Aid certification training

        • Pass ride certification tests with 100% accuracy

        • Keep a close eye on our guests enjoying our many exciting water attractions

        • Assist guests in and out of rafts and cycle through the line efficiently

        • Calculate the proper dispatch interval between riders

        • Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience

        • Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests

        • Other duties as assigned to support the park

        Qualifications:

        • Must be at least 16 years of age

        • Must complete our CPR and First Aid Training (all training PAID and provided by the park!)

        • Must be a good swimmer

        • Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

        • Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns

        • Strong communications skills with a complete understanding of the English language

        • Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends

        Working Conditions:

        • Requires standing for long periods and walking long distances within the park

        • Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures

        • Must be able to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 50 pounds

        • Occasional bending, squatting, and reaching above shoulders
