- Providing support to any and all land related functions including uploading, entering, verifying, analyzing and reporting data
- Performing clerical duties including computer applications, spreadsheets and database monitoring and maintenance
- Maintaining an accurate record of expiring contracts and contract renewal dates
- Identifying ways to improve operating efficiencies and productivity
- Reviewing and interpreting multiple industry related agreements
- Candidate must possess good verbal and communication skills and strong computer skills with the ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Must be proficient with Word and Excel, GIS capabilities is a plus
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, with good organizational & reasoning skills
- Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and seeking a degree in a related field
