Job Description
- Req#: 531972
- Assist in generating design solutions and design development.
- Produce construction documents.
- Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process.
- Assist with construction administration/observation.
- Create site analysis diagrams and graphics.
- Prepare site plan and 3D renderings and assist in developing design presentations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture required.
- 6-10 years of experience in Landscape Architecture. Licensure is a plus.
- Experience and/or interest in a variety of project types.
- Experience in preparation of construction documents.
- Excellent design, graphic and presentation skills.
- Passionate about the profession and willingness to work in a collaborative and energetic environment.
- Strong design and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D presentation software and hand graphics.
- Other desired skills: Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3d, Revit.
- Desire and willingness to learn new software.

About Our Search
Our Charlotte office is looking for a strong Landscape Architect to join the Landscape Architecture Market Sector. Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will manage, organize and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute architectural projects.

Our award-winning Landscape Architecture team works with a diverse clientele across the United States on a rich variety of project types including parks, recreational facilities, educational campuses, housing /mixed-use neighborhoods, senior living communities and healthcare environments.
