- Design and Documentation for Landscape Architecture Projects
- Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of construction detailing, grading, and ADA accessibility
- Planting design; knowledge of native and ornamental plants
- Plan Set Preparation
- Construction Administration during construction of Landscape Architectural Projects
- Preparation of plan and 3D graphic presentations of proposed design concepts and project exhibits for digital presentation.
- Bachelor's, Master's degree, or certification in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Landscape Architecture field
- Experience preparing site and planting plans in AutoCAD v. 2018 or higher and/or Microstation V8i or “Connect”
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of ornamental and native plants for any of the locations noted above (WA, OR, CA, UT or CO).
- Experience and competency with Sketch Up, Revit, Land FX Programs, and Lumion.
- Landscape Architecture license in Oregon, Washington, California, Utah or Colorado (or working towards licensure)
- 3D rendering and hand graphic skills
- Interest and experience with land planning and urban design

DEA is seeking a full-time Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect who is a motivated self-starter and looking for an exciting opportunity. This position can be located in Woodinville, WA, Portland, OR, Denver, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, or Ontario, CA. The Land Development Group which includes civil engineers, landscape architects, and urban planners, share a passion for shaping urban form and creatively responding to client needs. Our group focuses on commercial, industrial, and residential land development, multi-use and infill development, parks, trails, open space development, urban planning, and design for municipal, public works, transportation, and private development clients. This is a great opportunity to become part of, and contribute to, the growth of a multi-disciplinary team that collaborates around Client's needs and expectations.
