  As a Production Supervisor at Goldenstate Landscapes, you will play a vital role in leading our field operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of our landscaping crews, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to our quality standards. Collaborating closely with team members and clients to help maintain smooth communication, drive productivity, and support exceptional service delivery. The leadership in this role will directly contribute to the success of our projects and the overall financial health of our operations.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  

  • Supervise daily field operations to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project completion
  • Lead and motivate landscaping crews, promoting safety, teamwork, and productivity
  • Ensure all work meets company standards and exceeds customer expectations
  • Enforce safety protocols and provide on-the-job training to uphold a safe work environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize resource efficiency
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively implement effective solutions
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance jobsite performance and landscape quality
  • Ensure seamless coordination of teams and projects to maintain efficient, high-performing operations
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying informed on best practices, tools, and industry advancements
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance to ensure goals are met and resources are used effectively
  • Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing team capable of executing diverse landscaping projects
  • Serve as a positive representative of Goldenstate Landscapes while pursuing ongoing learning and professional growth
  • Utilize company software to conduct site inspections, generate estimates, and support project planning

  Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements
  
  

  • 5+ years working in landscaping
  • 3+ years' experience supervising a team
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Hold a High School Diploma
  • Bilingual; English and Spanish

  Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
