The role of Launch Coordinator is based in our Lighting Business Group in Niemce.
Responsibilities:
• Managing Launch Readiness and Launch Readiness Reviews processes at the plant level
regarding to SMT make parts process (electronics production)
• Organization of quarterly/monthly implementation reviews along with reports
• Supervision and analysis of KPIs regarding implementation and development processes
• Supervision of the effectiveness of implementations and relevant reports in phase 6 of VPDS
• Ensuring implementation compliance with program management assumptions
• Ensuring appropriate activities in the field of product and process development (assembly design, technical reviews of design assumptions)
• Standardization of implementation processes and their ongoing updating
Requirements:
• Engineer/Master's degree - technological, mechanical and quality - related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in the area of coordinating new launches
• Ability to business trips in the initial phase of the project
• Communicative English skills (written and oral)
• Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA – good knowledge
• Basic knowledge of MS Project
• MS Office, Windows – very good knowledge
• Organizing and planning skills
• Time management and task prioritization
